Important Information about our location:
To get to 194A Pleasant Street, enter the driveway for 194 Pleasant Street (next to the Irving Station). Proceed to the back parking lot. Use the second door on the far end of the building.
Achieve Health is located on the second floor. There are 6 steps outside of the building and 7 steps inside the building.
If you are unable to climb stairs, there is a paved driving path that can take you to a handicap-accessible entrance. This entrance is kept locked. If you prefer to use this handicap-accessible entrance, please let us know so we can unlock this door prior to your appointment.
