Important Information about our location:
There is free parking in the lot directly behind the building. The entrance to the building is on from the porch on the side of the building.
The office entrance is accessible via an outdoor wheelchair platform lift for patients who have difficulty using stairs or are in a wheelchair. If you would like assistance when you arrive, please let us know—we're happy to help.
When you arrive, please have a seat in the waiting area. Your provider will come get you at the time of your appointment.
