Clinical Background & Expertise

Jessica spent 16 years as a primary care provider at Internal Medicine in Concord, NH, where she managed acute, chronic, and preventive care. This foundation in primary care allows her to understand how excess body weight impacts every system of the body.

In 2018, Jessica transitioned her focus to specialize exclusively in Obesity Medicine. She spent 7 years at the New England Weight Management Institute, focusing on medical weight loss and bariatric surgery support. To further her expertise, she earned the Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association—a distinction that reflects her commitment to the latest evidence-based treatments.

A New Chapter for Central New Hampshire

In 2025, Jessica decided it was time to do things differently. She launched Achieve Health NH, LLC to give her neighbors in Central New Hampshire a supportive, comprehensive way to manage their health. Jessica’s mission for Achieve Health NH is to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and lifestyle transformation; she aims to incorporate culinary medicine, health coaching, and community education into her clinical model. By offering these diverse resources, she ensures her patients have the practical tools and community support necessary to sustain long-term wellness.
