Insurance Coverage for Medical Visits
As of June 2026, Achieve Health NH accepts Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. We are in the process of contracting with other insurances, including Medicare.
It is important to check with your specific health insurance plan to see if they cover office visits for medical weight loss or obesity treatment. Some health insurance policies do provide coverage for office visits, and some do not. If your insurance plan does not cover the cost of office visits for medical weight loss/obesity treatment, you have the option to self-pay for your visits at Achieve Health NH.
Self-pay Fees for Medical Visits
Initial Intake Visit: $250
Follow-Up Visit: $150
seca mBCA Body Composition Analysis
If you are a medical weight loss patient, you will have a seca mBCA body composition analysis done every 3-6 months as part of your routine visit.
If you are interested in a visit just to use the seca mBCA visit, the follow charges apply:
$40/scan
$100/3 scans
Forms of payment accepted
Payment in cash, credit card, or debit card is due at the time of each office visit. HSA and FSA are accepted for medical visits.
